Many co-packers require massive minimums and complicated pricing models. We do things differently. Free From Co-Packing offers transparent pricing for top allergen free dry mix manufacturing, with flexible production runs, startup-friendly minimums, and scalable solutions for emerging and established brands across Canada.

Our published pricing reflects standard production runs. We also offer customized pricing for large-volume programs, recurring production schedules, foodservice formats, and long-term manufacturing partnerships.

Minimum production charge: $1,200/job

Co-Pack (5kg+ bags): Starting at $1.35/kg

Co-Pack (1kg-4.99kg bags): $1.65/kg

Co-Pack (400g-999g bags): $2.10/kg

*Co-Pack (Small/Complex bags): $2.40-$2.75/kg

11-15 ingredients: +$0.20/kg

16-20 ingredients: +$0.40/kg

Ingredient & material sourcing: Cost + 15%

SKU / Product Changeover: $250/changeover

Applies when multiple SKUs, formulations, packaging formats, or customer-specific production requirements are run within the same production schedule.

Receiving: $25/shipment

Storage: $50/pallet/month

Fulfillment: $25/shipment

Inspection Support: $95/hour (2 hour minimum)

Volume-Based Pricing Available

Additional discounts may be available for large-volume production, recurring manufacturing schedules, foodservice packaging formats, and strategic manufacturing partnerships. Contact us to discuss your project requirements.

*Complex processing rates may apply to projects involving one or more of the following:

  • Difficult-to-handle ingredients (fine powders, static-prone ingredients, poor-flow ingredients, sticky powders, hygroscopic ingredients)

  • Multiple micro-ingredients requiring precise weighing

  • Additional in-process quality checks or hold points

  • Specialty packaging formats

  • Frequent product changeovers or short production runs

  • Extra segregation, documentation, or customer-specific QA requirements

  • Rework, blending corrections, or special batch sequencing
