Minimum Production Charge

$1,200 per production run (or the calculated production fee, whichever is greater).

The minimum production charge includes standard receiving, production, palletizing, shipping preparation, and normal administrative activities associated with a single production run. It is not an additional fee added to the per-kilogram pricing.

5 kg+ Bags: Starting at $1.35/kg

1 kg – 4.99 kg Bags: $1.65/kg

400 g – 999 g Bags: $2.10/kg

Small / Complex Packaging: Starting at $2.40-$2.75/kg*

Blend Complexity

11–15 Ingredients: +$0.20/kg

16–20 Ingredients: +$0.40/kg

Additional Services

Ingredient & Packaging Procurement: Cost + 15%

SKU / Product Changeover: $250/changeover

Applies when multiple SKUs, formulations, packaging formats, or customer-specific production requirements are run within the same production schedule.

Shipping pallets: $35/pallet

Shipping/Receiving: $25/Occurrence

Storage: $50/pallet/month

Storage charges apply only after the included grace period.

Inspection / Audit Support: $95/hour (2-hour minimum)

*Complex Processing

• Complex processing rates may apply to projects involving one or more of the following:

• Difficult-to-handle ingredients (fine powders, static-prone ingredients, poor-flow ingredients, sticky powders, hygroscopic ingredients)

• Multiple micro-ingredients requiring precise weighing

• Additional in-process quality checks or customer hold points

• Specialty packaging formats

• Frequent product changeovers or short production runs

• Additional segregation or customer-specific documentation

• Rework, blend corrections, or special batch sequencing
